Jess Flood has been creating spectacular events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade. As a young girl she loved to celebrate any occasion at the drop of a hat with elaborate theme parties. At 8-years old she opened a "B & B" for her parents and named it the Flood Café where she served soaking wet menus. From imagination to reality she continues to follow her passion with warmth and grace.
