Inspiration to Reality notion : creative

First we met with Heather and Aly, the designers at notion : creative to brainstorm and talk over our imaginary couple and their style and what they might want in paper goods for their wedding.  Heather and Aly blew us away with their first proposed design and they went all out, creating save the dates, invitations and rsvp cards, a map, table numbers and favors, as well as custom tags for the bridal party and groomsmen gifts that we wanted to do.

Once our SMP team chose a palette, look and feel for Ella’s and Benjamin’s wedding, the paper elements came quickly. notion:creative has a knack for finding the mood behind an event and creating visual elements to enhance that mood. We also wanted to convey an obtainable, hand-made feel, which is why we focused on a hand-drawn calligraphy flourish, which became the anchor of all the design elements.

Their work speaks for itself.  They went above and beyond on this project, hand making custom envelopes and they really got to the heart of the feeling that we all wanted for this project.
